Nothing one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in

The cleanliness, the staff, the location.. this was not a four star hotel

Staff very very bad Room very very bad and dirty Hotel very very dirty I hope no bady can go to thise hotel

The staff were friendly.

They have 6 Indian channels, four Russian chanells, and only 2 English speaking channels. The breakfast is nothing to speak off. The coffee was made from instant and put in coffee machine. The hotel should not be marketed as hotel but appartment.

The reception staff is impolite and unprofessional and should never work in hospitality industry

The reception staff is impolite and unprofessional , also he told me i don't have reservation and he cant give me the room. also He tried to take more money from me under the name of taxes and other charges although its already paid.

Availability of amenities like washing machine was great.

The bathrooms are FILTHY. I changed my room and it was still the same dirty bathroom. Certainly not a 4star standard.

I liked the location of the place the most. It is close to the local shops and dubai metro station. The room was also very clean and service was good.

It's the worst hotel I 've ever been in my life. Don't wanna tell they are thrives, but the least I can say, they have no manners.

Manners are below zero standard. Service is extremely garbage.

Very dirty, moldy, and sink was clogged. Writing from children who previously stayed in the room on the furniture. All walls stained in some way. But the mold was by far the worst- it was throughout the whole hotel

The room was spacious and very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent, close to everything and easy to access. Overall, everything was well maintained and comfortable.My experience at this hotel was truly excellent as regular. The staff was exceptionally cooperative and courteous, making the experience very pleasant. I would like to extend special thanks to the reception team (Mr. Mohammed Saleem and Mr. Sulaiman), labor in-charge (Mr. Hari Prasad), labor supervisor (Mr. Rajneesh) and security staff (Mr. Abu Bakr) for their outstanding service.Insha Allah, on my next visit, for sure I will choose to stay at the same property, given the high level of service I experienced.

I booked 20 nights but had to leave after 15 nights, but couldn't get any refund. The Hotel took the room.

- Room was bigger ( 2BR) than the one i booked and all the rooms and toilets were closed other than the one I had_ bed covers were very dirty- I couldn't sleep as the bad contained insects and affected all my body=

- Cleanliness- They didn't stick to my booking- Bed covers were very dirty- Washing machine was dirty- Room should be disinfected from insects
